Learn to accept who you really are.

Online Therapy

For whether you want to focus on a particular struggle or want to understand better who you really are.

I’m Matt (they/them)

To tell you a little bit about myself… I am neurodivergent (autistic, ADHD & dyspraxia), queer & non-binary. I adore music and expressing myself through dance. I’ve travelled a lot. I also love hiking, camping, yoga and am deeply spiritual too.

My journey towards becoming a therapist was needing therapy myself. After many therapists (some better than others!) I now know myself better than I could have ever imagined. Knowing how much of a difference therapy has made in my life, I decided to train as a therapist to help others.

How I work

I work by really listening to what you have to say and how you feel. I don’t do that much talking. Instead I am focussed on being present with you, empathising with how you are feeling and accepting each and every part of you. I will from time to time be honest with you, bring out a part of you that perhaps you haven’t acknowledged. Together, at the pace that you set, we will explore who you are.

“The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change.”

- Carl Rogers

As a neurodivergent and LGBTQ+ person myself I really enjoy working with those exploring their identity.

Whether that’s neurodivergence, sexuality, gender, race, disability or anything else, I am here to celebrate you.
